My passion, other than my family and Jesus, is gardening. I love every step of the process

– the preparing of the soil, amending the soil, selecting the right plants that will complement one another and even the weeding and the pruning. In order to have a healthy garden, the whole system needs to be tended well.

The systems in which we live; our family groups, friendship circles, churches and work teams all require the same tended in order to function well. Yet, we live in an imperfect world and at times we get all out of sorts and need some help in finding ways of reconciliation and a path forward.

As a called and ordained Pastor, I’ve served full time in two congregations – St. Paul’s, Penn Yan and currently Messiah, Rochester, as well a numerous transitional pastorates in my 25 years of ministry.

I live in Rochester with my husband, Matthew and our two cats among numerous flower gardens and raised beds.

I’m looking forward to getting to know the congregations and teams of our Synod and

working side by side to keep us healthy, growing and blooming!
