As of today (January 27, 2010), the Upstate Update will be published and e-mailed to subscribers on Wednesday morning. The decision to move to Wednesday was made in consultation with the Synod Communication Strategy Team and staff. The earlier publication date will make it easier to include information from the Upstate Update in congregational communication. The deadline for submissions is the Friday before each edition. |

I said, "I will guard my ways
that I may not sin with my tongue;
I will keep a muzzle on my mouth
as long as the wicked are in my presence."
I was silent and still;
I held my peace to no avail;
