Bishop Stephen Dube, Mrs. Effina Dube, and General Secretary M.M. Dube, our guests from the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Zimbabwe, moved to the Spirit as they led the singing on Thursday night.

 

Participants in Thursday’s Global Café had the opportunity to sample fair trade beverages from The Coffee Connection of Rochester and browse the inventory of One World Goods, a local non-profit that sells fair trade handcrafts produced in developing countries.

 

At each table, people and congregations shared stories and information about their personal involvement with global mission. The evening ended with worship and more singing.
