The Report of the Nominating Committee is posted on the Synod’s Website.  You will note that there are several offices where nominations may be made from the floor of the Synod Assembly.  Nominations will be received during the first plenary session on Friday morning.  Elections will take place in the second plenary later on Friday morning.  If you are planning to nominate someone from the floor for ANY office, you must bring biographical information with you (download the form here), so that it can be available to the entire assembly prior to elections. The form is below.  It would be most helpful if you bring a completed form on a thumb drive or flash drive. You can turn it in to the Nominating Committee at the Registration Desk.  Or you may send it to Kathy Neugent at kneugent@upstatenysynod.org no later than Tuesday, June 5.   Thank you for your cooperation!
